Express Medical Transportation is seeking dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Drivers for evening and overnight shifts. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for individuals traveling to and from healthcare facilities, residences, rehabilitation centers, and other destinations.

• Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations while following all company policies, traffic laws, and transportation regulations.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service to every passenger.
• Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices.
• Properly secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment using company-approved safety procedures.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate trip documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip updates or schedule changes.
• Utilize GPS navigation and dispatch software to ensure timely arrivals and efficient routing.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and professionally maintained at all times.
• Observe passengers for changes in condition and report concerns according to company procedures.
• Maintain passenger confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with company standards.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and maneuver mobility equipment and assist passengers as needed.
• Comfortable using GPS navigation, smartphones, and electronic communication tools.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of reliability and accountability.
• Previous experience in non-emergency medical transportation, healthcare, EMS, customer service, or passenger transportation is preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification after hire.
