A1 Audio Technician (Part time 15+ hours per week)

The A1 Audio Technician will provide technical expertise and training for the church’s audio (in various formats) related to the Sunday morning worship experience. They will assist the Worship Pastor (Leader) and Music Director in creating an irresistible environment for worship on Sunday morning by implementing the vision of theCHURCH for our in-house and online audiences.

This professional position will provide scalable technical expertise and team leadership for all of the church’s sound including online streaming (in various formats) related to the Sunday morning worship experience.

Reports to: The A1 Audio Technician will report directly to the Worship Pastor (Leader) and will be submissive to the Directional Team, Lead Team, and Integrity Team at theCHURCH.

• Provide overall audio technical guidance, feedback, training and leadership of operations
• Scheduling oversight of front of house & online audio mixing
• Weekly stage layout and routing according to the scheduled band
• Ensure that all audio equipment is in proper working order before Sunday morning services (suggest upgrades when necessary)
• Ensure production quality output is excellent for our satellite campuses and online audience and provide feedback to audio volunteers on audio quality during worship services and other major events
• Assist Worship Pastor (Leader) and Music Director on yearly budget planning
• Assist Worship Leader/Music Director in the management of sound during worship services and other major events (including classes, funeral services & nights of worship).
• Attend all rehearsals and meetings as directed or required
• Be available as a resource to our satellite campuses

• Experience in audio production – preferable with a worship focus
• A proven track record in creating and mixing quality sound in large venues
• Broad experience working with a variety of audio equipment
• Strong communication, leadership skills and attention to detail
• High proficiency in technical troubleshooting on audio related equipment
• Possess a servant s heart and strong passion to support the Worship Ministry at theCHURCH
• Be inspired by working in a fast-paced, multi-task, team environment
• Have a deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Must align with the Mission, Vision, DNA and Essential Beliefs of theCHURCH
• Must be a covenant partner of theCHURCH
• Must be submissive to the leadership of theCHURCH
