Brillante Academy Public Charter School opened its doors in August 2023. In our fourth year, we will have Pre‑K3 through 4th grade and serve over 530 students from the Rio Grande Valley in the Mission area and surrounding communities in its first year. We will continue to grow one grade‑level a year until 8th grade. Over the next decade, we plan to expand our network across the state of Texas to serve over 7,000 students.

The Charter Management Organization (CMO) for Brillante Academy is Seton Education Partners, a Catholicly inspired organization that also manages the Seton Teaching Fellows missionary program and El Camino, an optional after‑school Catholic faith formation program. Seton Education Partners is also the CMO for our sister schools, the Brilla Schools Network, which are having a transformational impact in Bronx, NY.

Brillante Academy is a two‑way, dual language school that aims to empower our scholars and community through an innovative approach that combines personalized blended learning and co‑teaching with a classical approach to education. We focus on teaching the whole child, instilling a deep sense of character through our core values (courage, justice, wisdom, and self‑control) while setting a high bar for academic achievement and teaching a content‑rich curriculum that has stood the test of time.

All in service of preparing our scholars for excellence in high school, college and beyond. Our scholars acquire and master English and Spanish to become bilingual and biliterate citizens who will leave a lasting positive impact on their community as problem solvers, advocates, and contributors. We are looking for a mission‑driven team member who has an unwavering belief in the limitless potential of ALL students and a strong commitment to ensuring every family has access to an excellent educational experience. The Student Recruitment Associate serves as a brand ambassador for Brillante Academy and ensures Brillante Academy meets and sustains strong student enrollment and persistence goals through strategic recruitment, exceptional communication, strong family partnership, and operational excellence.

This role is responsible for building awareness of Brillante Academy in the community, supporting prospective and current families through the enrollment and re‑enrollment process, and creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all families. This position is co‑managed by the School Principal and a member of the Seton Texas Team.

• Execute strategic student recruitment efforts to meet campus enrollment goals
• Serve as a member of the Brillante front office team providing exceptional service and communication to families
• Build relationships with prospective families through phone calls, text messages, and follow‑up communication
• Host regular tours and open houses for prospective families
• Represent Brillante Academy at community events, school fairs, local businesses, churches, and other outreach opportunities
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, childcare centers, and local groups
• Support marketing and recruitment campaigns through social media, flyers, family referrals, and community outreach
