Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a full-time Teacher. The ideal candidate will create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters the intellectual and emotional growth of students. This role requires a commitment to developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure each student achieves their fullest potential.

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through regular testing, assignments, and observations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and administration to enhance the educational experience and address any student concerns.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavioral issues, and academic support.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies.
• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as clubs, field trips, and school events, to promote student engagement and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other documentation as required by school policies.
• Support students with special needs by adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary.

BILINGUAL/ESL

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area.
• Proven experience in teaching, preferably in a full-time capacity.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance learning.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth as an educator.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
