The CTE Integration Strategist serves as a campus-based instructional leader responsible for supporting teachers through coaching, instructional technology integration, career exploration initiatives, digital learning, and implementation of innovative instructional practices.

The Strategist works alongside campus administrators, CTE teachers, counselors, and district leadership to strengthen instructional quality while increasing student achievement, industry-based certifications (IBCs), program completion, work-based learning participation, and CCMR outcomes.

This position emphasizes coaching rather than evaluation and serves as a bridge between classroom instruction, technology, workforce readiness, and district CTE initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree

Valid Texas Teaching Certificate

CTE Certification preferred

Master's Degree preferred

Minimum three years successful classroom teaching

Successful implementation of technology-rich instruction

Experience delivering professional development

Experience coaching adult learners preferred

Support digital classroom implementation.

Assist with classroom technology troubleshooting.

Coordinate technology inventory.

Recommend instructional technology purchases.

Maintain software licenses and digital resources.

Support equitable access to instructional technology.

Support implementation of district career exploration initiatives.

Train teachers and counselors on career planning platforms.

Assist with career fairs.
