Position Overview

We are looking for highly dedicated educators who bring an unwavering commitment to helping every scholar achieve their limitless potential.

We seek a founding elementary teacher for the  school year, entrusted with building a strong educational foundation in a dual-language environment.

• Cultivate and lead a joyful learning environment where every child feels safe, loved, and inspired to strive for and meet Brillante’s ambitious goals.
• Internalize, individualize, and effectively teach rigorous, two-way, dual-language immersion, classical plus curricula that result in meaningful student achievement and growth.
• Contribute to a vibrant school culture by living the Brillante mission and core virtues, consistently implementing school-wide systems for instruction, culture, and character development, attending school-wide events, and championing collective success.
• Build meaningful relationships through listening, seeking to understand perspectives, communicating clearly and kindly, and recognizing and celebrating the dignity of every student, family, and colleague.
• Continuously learn and improve practice through seeking and implementing feedback, collaborating deeply with others, engaging in data-driven instruction and ongoing reflection, participating in professional development days, and utilizing other strategies aligned with growth goals.

• Belief in the Brillante Academy mission, model, and values.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas teaching certification with Bilingual and/or ESL endorsements (or enrolled in an alternative certification program by the first day of employment).
• Relevant early childhood or elementary teaching experience with demonstrated student results preferred.
