Operational Technology Compliance Engineer

Constellation Energy seeks an Operational Technology Compliance Engineer to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable operation of OT systems supporting power generation and grid assets. In this role, you will interpret and implement NERC CIP and related cyber and regulatory standards, develop and maintain OT security and compliance controls, and support audits and evidence collection. You will collaborate with operations, IT, and cybersecurity teams to assess risk, remediate vulnerabilities, and standardize configurations.

The engineer will also support incident response, change management, and continuous improvement of OT security and compliance processes across Constellation's energy portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of OT systems with NERC CIP and related industry regulations
• Design, implement, and maintain OT security and compliance controls
• Develop documentation and evidence to support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and cybersecurity teams on risk assessment and remediation
• Monitor OT environments for vulnerabilities and support incident response
• Standardize and maintain secure configurations for OT assets and networks
• Support change management processes for OT infrastructure and controls
• Contribute to continuous improvement of OT compliance and security processes
