Stanley Black & Decker - - Responsibilities:
Lead mold setting activities according to the production plan and safety guidelines;
Prepare molds for production and ensure they are properly identified and located;
Implement and follow the mold preventive maintenance plan using e-maintenance software;
Coordinate and oversee the work of mold maintenance technicians and apprentices to ensure adherence to production and maintenance plans;
Develop and train apprentices and technicians in mold maintenance, repair and the use of measuring tool room equipment
