Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

My Work Choice  is seeking Assemblers for our Manufacturing & Production teams. In this flexible, W-2 role, you'll assemble and inspect light industrial products using hand and power tools, follow written work instructions, and meet quality and safety standards on the production floor. You'll log work in simple digital systems, support a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with supervisors and teammates to hit production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products on a production line according to work instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality standards
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
• Meet daily production, accuracy, and quality goals
• Record production data using basic computer or scanning systems
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
