Team Lead needed for immediate full‑time leadership position overseeing Energy Pros for Reliant Energy. You will lead by example with personal sales while building and coaching a sales team in retail big‑box stores.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Oversee management of multiple locations in retail big-box stores.
• Motivate a team of Sales Associates (Energy Pros) to engage consumers about Reliant solutions.
• Assess client needs and find opportunities to improve energy efficiency.
• Teach Energy Pros to uncover consumer desires, deliver catered solutions, and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with team to accomplish sales goals and celebrate success.
• Deliver superior sales results with an exceptional customer experience.
• Courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, assess needs and suggest products.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Train team members and assist them with closing sales.
• Accountable for overall team production.
• Professionally resolve customer complaints, escalating as appropriate.
• Follow up on client deposits and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Accurately submit schedules to Manager for approval and track inventory receipt/count.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent time-management skills.

• Hourly plus bonus averaging $1,000–$1,350 a week.
