As Australia's financial intelligence unit and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulator, AUSTRAC plays a critical role in detecting, deterring and disrupting criminal activity that threatens our economy, national security and community.
Position
As an APS6 Communications Intelligence Security Officer (COMSO), you will play a critical role in ensuring AUSTRAC's classified information, systems and facilities remain secure. Working within the Physical Security, Resilience and Deployments team, you will manage AUSTRAC's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and provide expert security advice that supports AUSTRAC's operational and national security outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to work within Australia's national security environment, collaborating with stakeholders across AUSTRAC and the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) to support the secure management of classified information and critical security operations.
