Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Electrical Foreman to join our Special Projects Division. In this role you will lead and coordinate a field crew executing electrical installations on large scale, complex projects. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity environment that requires someone who adapts quickly, multitasks, communicates effectively, and stays organized.

• Lead, supervise, and support a crew of electricians and helpers while managing daily work assignments based on project needs
• Coordinate crew material, tool, and equipment needs with the Superintendent or General Foreman to support uninterrupted field operations
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence daily electrical work to meet project schedules and milestones
• Track daily crew timekeeping, labor hours, and material usage
• Mentor apprentices and electricians, supporting workforce development and performance improvement
• Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity expectations, and safety requirements
• Coordinate crew work with other trades and field supervision on site
• Complete accurate daily reports, crew timekeeping, and progress documentation

• Working knowledge of installation methods, layout, and material takeoffs
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing a crew effectively
• Driving crew production in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
• Ability to make independent field decisions
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

• 4+ years experience as an Electrical Foreman
• 2 years experience leading a crew of 10+ electricians in industrial environments with demonstrated ability to drive production results
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and field productivity
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. safety and electrical regulations including OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
