Academic Skills/Knowledge/ExperienceHigh school Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of six months of experience in material handling or a related field preferred
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve daily operational goals
Prior experience operating forklifts required; experience with narrow aisle articulating forklifts strongly preferred
Solid foundational skills in basic mathematics
Proven auditing abilities and strong problem‑solving skills
Capable of safely operating a variety of warehouse equipment and machinery
Physical RequirementsAbility to operate a keyboard and mouse
Ability to see and hear (correctable)
Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on own and/or over 50 lbs. with assistance
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for long periods of time and use repetitive motions
Ability to climb, kneel/squat, bend, lift, carry
Ability to push, pull, grasp, reach, twist
Ability to work at heights and/or using ladders or lifts
Ability to work overtime on regular basis (often at short notice)
Ability to wear steel‑toe shoes and Personal protective equipment (PPE)
Normal warehouse hazards
- Accurately pick customer orders as required.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Restock and replenish inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Pack, prepare, and ship customer orders in accordance with shipping guidelines.
- Fulfill special customer requirements as specified.
- Assist with inventory audits and report any discrepancies or variances.
- Assist with inventory of warehouse stock.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping and support workplace organization in accordance with 5S principles.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment. Including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to established standards for quality, productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in Safety, Wellness, Quality Circles, and Kaizen programs and initiatives as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, J-Sox and Safety related policies.
