Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality proposals and presentations
• Maintain MLS listings and update vital documents
• Manage schedules and record meeting action items
• Answer inquiries professionally via phone and email
• Organize and coordinate industry events and open houses
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Background in providing support in sales/marketing roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, is desirable
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without visa needs
