The City is looking for a dedicated professional to handle a range of responsibilities from responding to court inquiries to maintaining accurate file management systems. This clerk position demands a high level of customer service, effective organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Your contributions will enhance public service operations in the courthouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate public inquiries regarding court processes
• Manage and organize records following corporate standards
• Open and accurately file case information and documentation
• Maintain the file room and participate in records disposition
• Assist staff with additional tasks as required
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with relevant records management experience
• Familiarity with record management software, including ICON
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Physically capable of lifting weights up to 35 lbs
• Knowledge of records management protocols is advantageous
