This unique position requires candidates with a strong customer service orientation, capable of handling fine payments and processing mail. With a minimum of two years' experience in a Provincial Offences office, you will contribute to maintaining an organized filing system and daily financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front counter service to the public
• Process payments using ICON and POS systems
• Sort and handle mail, including payments
• Maintain an efficient office filing system
• Balance daily deposits accurately
Requirements:
• Secondary education in business or law administration
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Court Administration legislation
• Experience in a computerized office
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
