Russel Metals is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to assist its Communications department. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will engage in multiple projects and campaigns while performing administrative duties.

Your role will be critical in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including travel arrangements

• Assist in communication projects and event planning

• Maintain digital asset libraries and coordinate verifications

• Prepare and format newsletters and reports for distribution

• Support the workflow of internal communications within the department

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable in handling sensitive information confidentially
