You'll be responsible for processing maintenance invoices, organizing received items, and ensuring accurate records of all inventory movements. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within the team while maintaining organized inventory practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all maintenance and consumable invoices efficiently
• Organize received items and manage inventory locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
• Create and update supplier records in collaboration with AP
• Conduct daily cycle counts and report variances
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years experience with CMMS or ERP software
• Strong knowledge of inventory and invoicing processes
• Proficiency in MS Office:
Excel, Word, Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
