Position: Service Coordinator )

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating with technicians and customers as needed.
  • Answer phones and direct calls as required.
  • Create, manage, and close service call work orders, ensuring accurate updates across internal systems and client portals.
  • Proven experience as an administrative or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff, customers and general public.
  • Customer service is a must.
  • A proven team player with the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Robust understanding and commitment to confidentiality requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and customer‑focused approach to handle challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Post‑secondary education in Business, Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with client portals or CRM systems is an asset.
