Vendor Management Coordinator

Join First Service Residential as a Vendor Management Coordinator to enhance compliance and internal operations. This role emphasizes attention to detail and systematic vendor management to improve business processes.

The Vendor Management Coordinator will oversee the lifecycle of vendor management systems, focusing on accurate data entry and compliance with the VIVE platform. You will support Property Managers, assist with vendor access, and ensure regulatory adherence, contributing to the operational efficiency of internal initiatives.

• Manage properties and vendors on VIVE for compliance
• Provide access support to Property Managers and vendors
• Resolve issues and update vendor information promptly
• Ensure sister companies meet VIVE compliance standards
• Assist with vendor enrollment and communication

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 1–2+ years in administrative or vendor management role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Familiar with vendor compliance portals
• Robust analytical and communication skills
