Key Responsibilities- Act as primary contact for resident service inquiries
- Enforce leases and manage payment processes
- Schedule maintenance and service requests
- Oversee training of on-site operational teams
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years in a similar administrative role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Yardi software
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Committed to providing outstanding customer service
