Your role focuses on frontline administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
As a key contact point at Pinchin, you will manage communications, welcome guests, and assist in various administrative tasks. The position values strong customer service skills and professionalism, providing a foundation for excellent visitor experiences while aiding staff with their needs in a busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate departments
• Answer phone calls and manage communication workflows
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
• Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed
• Assist with IT and facilities requests when necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
