Position: Administrative Coordinator for Youth Services
Become the backbone of Our Place Peel as a Youth Services Administrative Coordinator. Provide daily support to critical programs designed for youth empowerment and independence in the Peel region.

This position encompasses managing administrative functions, including data management, budget oversight, and effective communication within the Youth Services Department. Collaborate with multiple teams to organize staff training and ensure resource availability for programs that impact youth aged 16-24. Your attention to detail and commitment will play a vital role in program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations for Youth Services

• Handle inventory management for harm reduction supplies

• Coordinate shift schedules and data entry tasks

• Support training and event logistics across programs

• Track budgets and expenditures efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma in social services or equivalent experience

• Proven administrative and financial management background

• Understanding of youth homelessness challenges in Peel

• Clean G Driver’s License and mandatory insurance coverage

• Required background checks must be completed prior to employment
