About Quality Assurance Administrator This role is essential for tracking and managing the flow of assessments reports, ensuring timely receipt, formatting, and documenting each step in Smart Simple to support smooth processing. Quality Assurance Administrator also handle final report preparation and delivery and maintain accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle initial Admin for Med legal reports as directed
Verify questions against the LOI, insert/correct missing or wrong questions.
Add mini CV if necessary (SS doctor profile)
Add the Documents List to Appendix A, Documents Reviewed section as appendix B and Form 53 to appendix C
Complete Form 53’s or other applicable attestation forms
Update the Services in SS as appropriate
Follow-up with the Assessors for outstanding reports
Follow-up with clients when reports are overdue
Additional typing if required or assigned
Formatting of documents in Microsoft Word
Other Admin duties as assigned or required
Required Qualifications:
Relevant post-secondary/community college education
3 years’ experience working in a Client Service or administrative position, ideally within the insurance/health care environment
Comprehensive computer efficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Adobe Acrobat)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical transcription experience is a strong asset
Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills
Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
Shows initiative and exhibits excellent judgement
Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of autonomy
