Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflow activities across all Data Centre functions

• Handle inquiries and escalate issues promptly

• Enter and manage data accurately in WMI systems

• Create essential logs, reports, and management spreadsheets

• Support preventative maintenance for Data Centre equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum OSSD Grade 12 and 1+ year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word software

• Strong administrative and customer service skills

• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy

• Familiarity with Data Centre operations a plus
