Infusion Coordinator at GreenShield Clinics

Serve as an Infusion Coordinator within Green Shield's network of infusion clinics. Focus on optimizing operations and enhancing patient experiences in London, GTA, and Ottawa.

Green Shield is looking for a detail-driven Infusion Coordinator to oversee infusion facilities’ daily operations. In this role, you will manage appointment schedules, facilitate post-infusion communications, and ensure teamwork between nursing and patient support staff. You will also handle patient inquiries and conduct quality improvement initiatives, all aimed at improving access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infusion clinic scheduling and operations

• Address patient and clinician inquiries promptly

• Coordinate post-infusion report reviews

• Ensure accurate billing and reimbursement processes

• Implement new policies for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in specialty pharmacy needed

• Knowledge of infusion-related therapies beneficial

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
