About the Company
A long-standing Canadian manufacturer and distributor of roofing materials, sheet-metal products, insulation, tools, and safety equipment is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead its sales strategy and growth across Canada.

Role Overview
The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving national revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships. This role oversees key accounts, identifies new opportunities, and works closely with operations, manufacturing, and distribution teams to ensure consistent service and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national sales growth strategy

Lead and support regional/branch sales teams

Manage key accounts and develop new business

Forecast, track, and report sales performance

Collaborate with internal teams on inventory, product availability, and customer service

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

Attend trade shows and customer events

Qualifications

Sales leadership experience in construction materials, roofing, industrial supplies, or related sectors

Proven success managing national or multi-region accounts

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to analyze markets and build long-term sales plans

Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration

Willingness to travel across Canada
