Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales:
Identify, prospect, and close new accounts across four key verticals:
Customs, Fulfillment, Freight (LTL/FTL), and E-commerce Parcels.
- Strategic Growth:
Develop long-term business strategies to increase revenue retention and customer satisfaction.
- Consultative Selling:
Analyze prospect supply chains and recommend optimized solutions using the company's end-to-end service offerings.
- Account Onboarding:
Lead the transition of new clients to operations, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure timely forecasting and reporting to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL industry.
- Communication:
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) for high-level client presentations.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (formulas/data manipulation) and CRM software is preferred
- Travel:
Valid passport and ability to travel occasionally to the US for client meetings.
- Education:
Post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma) is preferred
Summary
This is a hunter role for a motivated sales professional ready to thrive in a high-growth, "startup-feel" environment within an established 3PL. You will be responsible for selling a diverse portfolio of logistics services to a global client base.
