Arise Talent Hub is expanding, and we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This key role is focused on driving client acquisition, building lasting partnerships, and supporting our continued growth within the staffing and recruitment industry.

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales or staffing services, and bring a consultative, solution-oriented approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to grow our client base in key industries.

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, Linked In, and referrals.

  • Conduct client discovery calls, deliver customized recruitment proposals, and negotiate service agreements aligned with client objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights into talent trends, hiring challenges, and workforce solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and client satisfaction.

  • Track pipeline activities, conversions, and revenue performance using CRM and ATS platforms.

  • Represent Arise Talent Hub at industry events, trade shows, and job fairs to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 6–7 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client management, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.

  • Demonstrated success in securing new clients and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment regulations, and workforce trends in Ontario.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Linked In Sales Navigator, and CRM/ATS tools.
