MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product & Item Setup
Create and maintain new items in internal systems, including NIC form creation and product master data entryEnsure accuracy of style details, pricing, costing, sizing, and key attributesSupport seasonal line builds and product lifecycle updatesVendor & Production Liaison
Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal production teamsTrack production timelines, confirm delivery dates, and communicate updates to sales leadershipSample Management
Coordinate and manage all product samplesMaintain organized sample logs and ensure timely follow-upE-Commerce & Marketing Coordination
Support e-commerce product setup, including uploading images and product contentWork closely with marketing to ensure correct product photography, naming, and launch timelinesAssist in coordinating product information needed for digital and promotional assetsOrder Management & Sales Support
Monitor purchase orders, shipping schedules, and customer delivery requirementsSupport account teams with order documentation, reporting, and issue resolutionAdditional Responsibilities (Wholesale/Apparel Specific)
Maintain and update selling tools such as line sheets, order forms, and product catalogsSupport seasonal market prep including showroom readiness and sales meeting materialsGenerate sales and inventory reports to support forecasting and replenishmentHelp streamline internal processes and improve cross-department communicationDO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s Degree preferred3+ years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or order management, preferably in the wholesale or fashion/apparel industryProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a strong plusExceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlinesSelf-motivated, collaborative, and able to think critically and solve problems independentlyCustomer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityBe part of our growing community by getting involved with groups, teams, and initiatives like Be Green, Be Giving, Be Well and Be Celebrated.
