Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base in target industries.
- Identify staffing opportunities through market research, cold calls, client referrals, Linked In outreach, and networking.
- Prepare and present customized recruitment proposals and negotiate service agreements that align with both client needs and agency goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and workforce solutions.
- Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Track sales activity, lead conversion, and revenue growth using CRM and ATS tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of business development or B2B sales experience
, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency
. - Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of recruitment cycles, workforce trends, and employment regulations in Ontario.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Linked In Sales Navigator, and CRM/ATS systems.

- Day shift
