Position: Business Development Role

Arise Talent Hub is expanding, and we are looking for a professional to join us in a Business Development role. This is a key position focused on driving client acquisition, building strong partnerships, and contributing to our continued growth in the staffing and recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales or staffing services, along with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering value-driven workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base in target industries.
  • Identify staffing opportunities through market research, cold calls, client referrals, Linked In outreach, and networking.
  • Prepare and present customized recruitment proposals and negotiate service agreements that align with both client needs and agency goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and workforce solutions.
  • Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity, lead conversion, and revenue growth using CRM and ATS tools.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–7 years of business development or B2B sales experience
    , preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency
    .
  • Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment cycles, workforce trends, and employment regulations in Ontario.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Linked In Sales Navigator, and CRM/ATS systems.

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
