Senior Business Delivery Manager

In this position, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives within the Contract Development & Manufacturing Operations (CDMO) team. We need a professional who excels in Lean methodologies, digital tools, and compliance to enhance our external manufacturing partnerships. Drive large-scale change initiatives and support global patient supply through effective stakeholder influence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance processes for Risk and Issue Management

• Streamline operational reporting across manufacturing networks

• Manage external artwork and brand protection activities

• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement projects

• Analyze performance data and establish KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines

• 5+ years in pharma project management or operations

• Proficiency in Lean methodologies and digital tools

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience in managing business operations
