Your role

The Equipment Finance Strategy team is a dynamic group of professionals committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Integration Officer, Equipment Finance, you’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to align strategic efforts with broader business goals. Prerequisites
  • A degree in commerce or equivalent experience in strategy or sales leadership/effectiveness.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in the Canadian financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B equipment finance market.
  • Strong ability to confidently navigate and bridge both business and technology domains.
  • Proven success in developing strategic sales and marketing plans that drive growth.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Experience with performance measurement, client experience metrics, and business activity management.
