Your role

• Champion the adoption of an agentic AI mindset, proactively leveraging AI‑driven tools and automation to streamline business processes, enhance decision‑making, and deliver a more seamless, responsive client experience.
• Develop and implement sales and risk strategies that align with our strategic objectives and drive profitable growth.

• A degree in commerce or equivalent experience in strategy or sales leadership/effectiveness.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the Canadian financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of the B2B equipment finance market.
• Strong ability to confidently navigate and bridge both business and technology domains.
• Proven success in developing strategic sales and marketing plans that drive growth.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Experience with performance measurement, client experience metrics, and business activity management.
