Take your expertise to Element as a Lab Investigator in Mississauga. You'll manage investigations in the QTS lab while ensuring compliance with CAPA plans and timely communication with clients.
This critical role demands a University degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory. You'll coordinate investigations on IAFs, NCRs, and CCs, while preparing and reviewing necessary documentation as per Element's policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage investigation activities for IAFs, NCRs, and CCs
• Issue required forms in the QTS lab context
• Schedule closing sessions with QA for timely resolutions
• Communicate investigation statuses to clients effectively
• Write and review investigation reports as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Minimum five years of laboratory experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
