In this unique position, you will coordinate family operations, lifestyle logistics, and oversee children's activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage family calendars and schedules efficiently
• Coordinate children's extracurricular activities and events
• Plan and book family travel and itineraries
• Schedule medical and personal appointments
• Lead various family projects from concept to execution
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Outstanding organization and detail orientation
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate independently
