Key Responsibilities:

• Manage time-sensitive workflows for daily operations

• Execute product configuration updates as required by partners

• Respond to support requests from the Partner Success team

• Build and troubleshoot workflow automations in Churn Zero

• Support project management for effective product delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years in SaaS customer success operations

• Strong analytical and strategic thinker

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to learn new tools independently

• Experience in fast-paced environments
