• Deliver business resilience engagements including BCM and disaster recovery
• Facilitate client workshops and exercises for stakeholder involvement
• Develop strategies using ISO and BCI standards
• Employ AI for research and proposal development
• Ensure all project deliverables are high-quality and timely

• Degree related to risk management or emergency services
• Minimum 5 years in business resilience
• 3 years of team management experience
• Background in various industries is an advantage
• Excellent communication abilities
