Become a vital part of Movati as a Member Experience Supervisor in Mississauga. Focus on delivering excellent member service while guiding your team to achieve sales objectives.
In this role, you will act as a key delegate to the Experience Manager, fostering a culture around exceptional member interactions. Your coaching will empower staff to hit their own sales goals while ensuring that all members report a positive experience from their first visit. Your ability to understand and respond to each member's needs is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor team members toward achieving sales success
• Engage with new and existing members daily
• Ensure alignment of services with member goals
• Address and resolve member concerns promptly
• Create a healthy, welcome atmosphere for all
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer experience
• At least 1 year focused on sales
• Proficient in articulating past sales successes
• Flexibility in shift availability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
