In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing leaders. Your target will be to transform existing business processes into a scalable, measurable, and data-driven operation. You’ll be integral in enhancing full-funnel execution and pipeline velocity while ensuring forecast accuracy and deal integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own execution from SQL to Closed Won and Renewal/Expansion
• Build predictive indicators for deal risk and win probability
• Govern CRM to ensure data integrity and pipeline hygiene
• Create automated dashboards for actionable insights
• Manage AM operations for churn risk and renewal tracking
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in Revenue Ops or Sales Ops in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency with Hub Spot and automation tools
• Strong analytical skills for funnel metrics and forecasting
• Familiarity with key SaaS metrics like ARR and ACV
• Collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
