Position: Technical Analyst for Client Benefits
Take on a vital role as a Bilingual Client Benefits Technical Analyst at Express Scripts Canada, operating in a hybrid work model. Support healthcare clients with their inquiries about benefits coverage.

In this full-time position based in either Mississauga or Montreal, you will manage communication with insurance providers and third-party administrators, ensuring customer needs are effectively met. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients on Pharmacy and Dental inquiries, as well as collaborating with internal departments for resolution and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support on claims adjudication and payment queries

• Assist clinical teams with program implementations

• Collaborate with Account Managers on initiatives

• Perform impact analyses for customer inquiries

• Facilitate customer meetings to gather insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Experience in insurance or health benefit systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent customer service skills
