In your capacity as the Business & Relationship Lead (BRL), you will provide vital operational expertise and consulting that empowers Franchise Operators throughout Canada. Your responsibilities will include leading the opening of new franchises, coaching up-and-coming leaders, and ensuring the brand is upheld across Market Centers. Your deep understanding of food quality standards and operational strategy will directly impact the success of the brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and consult with Franchise Operators on growth

• Manage comprehensive opening strategies for new locations

• Liaise with Operators and the Support Centre for support

• Oversee coaching for Canada Leadership Development Program

• Ensure high standards at Company-operated Restaurants

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in relevant operations roles

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and insight generation

• Ability to manage responsibilities in dynamic environments
