As a Commercial Lead, you will support our Client Solutions team in a dynamic logistics environment. Your focus will be on managing contracts and coordinating activities to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Utilize your skills in cross-functional collaboration and data analysis to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a centralized contract database for renewals

• Manage and track client performance metrics effectively

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new clients

• Facilitate regular internal performance review meetings

• Drive initiatives for service quality and claims resolution

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of logistics or commercial administration experience

• Strong contract management and data analysis skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM systems

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities

• Experience in ISO-compliant environments is a plus
