In the role of General Assistant, your day will include a mix of light repair tasks and logistical support for events. You'll be responsible for handling deliveries, managing company vehicle fleet maintenance, and assisting in various office tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, as you might also handle administrative logistics when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate staff events and BBQs, including setup
• Provide courier services for samples and documents
• Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles
• Assist consultants in field activities when required
Requirements:
• Vehicle ownership necessary for job demands
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
• English fluency for effective communication
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
