Senior Product Manager, Platform Management
Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Contract:
12 months (Jul 6, 2026 – Jul 2, 2027)
Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
Pay Rate:
Up to $78/hour

Their Digital Product team is focused on building modern, enterprise-grade SaaS solutions that sit at the intersection of client experience, business operations, and technology innovation.
The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform Management to lead the development of foundational platform capabilities that define how clients configure, control, and extend their experience.
You will own a critical layer of the platform ecosystem, ensuring that capabilities are secure, scalable, versatile, and aligned with real-world operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and evolve the Platform Management vision and roadmap
- Position platform management as the core orchestrator of the digital ecosystem
- Align initiatives across security, scalability, and client experience objectives
- Client-Centric Product Discovery
- Develop a solid understanding of client organizational structures and needs
- Analyze workflows related to:
- User roles, permissions, and access control
- Internal governance and operational processes
- Platform configuration and customization
- Translate insights into actionable product initiatives
- Platform Capability Development
- Identity & Access Management (IAM):
Roles, entitlements, and approval workflows - Firm Configuration:
Feature enablement and administrative controls - Feature Lifecycle Management:
Rollout strategies and activation models - Third-Party Integration Governance
- Bring Your Own Identity Provider (IdP): SSO and federated identity support
- Identity & Access Management (IAM):
- Cross-Platform Governance
- Ensure consistency across all platform experiences
- Drive standardization and reusability across products and teams
- Act as a central authority on platform administration and access models
- Product Delivery & Adoption
- Own roadmap execution and delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful releases
Track KPIs including adoption, usage, and business impact
- 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience delivering platforms or shared services
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity & Access Management (RBAC, entitlements, federation)
- Enterprise SaaS platform design and extensibility
- Scalable architecture principles
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven decision-making and prioritization ability
- Excellent communication skills (technical and business audiences)
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Experience with B2B SaaS platforms - Bilingualism (English required; French is an asset)
- Work on a mission-critical platform supporting a leading financial ecosystem
- Contribute to the digital transformation of an evolving industry
- Solve complex platform challenges across technology, security, and user experience
- Hybrid: 3–4 days/week onsite
- Downtown Toronto location
- Monday–Friday schedule
