Client Engagement Leadership

Step into a leadership role at Hatch as a Client Engagement Director, driving business development and cutting-edge client solutions. This position is based at our headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with the Global Client Action Team to coach business units on developing client relationships and pursuing recent work opportunities.

Your role will facilitate strategic engagement planning and ensure that teams are equipped for success in proposals and presentations. Your extensive knowledge in business development will guide Hatch in enhancing its competitive edge in the industry.

• Provide expert coaching on client engagement strategies
• Develop and execute sales training across the organization
• Support account managers in crafting effective plans
• Engage with pursuit teams for detailed strategy planning
• Ensure seamless collaboration with proposal teams

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
• Experience pursuing multi-million dollar opportunities
• Prior experience in core industries of Hatch
• Bilingual in French is preferred
