Position: Avionics Service Technician with Skyservice
Become an integral part of Skyservice Business Aviation as an Avionics Component Service Shop Technician. This hybrid role prioritizes customer satisfaction through effective communication and streamlined processes.

At Skyservice, your expertise will shine as you coordinate avionics work orders, ensuring a high-quality response to customer needs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure task prioritization and documentation accuracy. Moreover, you will be instrumental in developing new tracking systems to boost operational efficiency and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding avionics services

• Ensure accurate documentation for work orders

• Develop and implement a tracking system for the shop

• Train team members on tools and processes

• Support compliance and maintain parts and labor records

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• At least three years of administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Share Point

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive in a fast-paced work environment
