Job Description
The Estimator’s primary responsibility is creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and handling all communication. Estimators inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage, documents required parts, and works with all team members to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and required repairs.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
- Ensure ASE data is updated accurately with important details from every customer interaction.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements.
- Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team.
- Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
- Build customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/GP/EBITDA/BHPD/NPS, Return Rate, etc.).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of estimating experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role.
- Experience using Mitchell and Qapter.
- Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage a fast‑paced environment.
- Travel, physical requirements, etc.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Physical demands of the job must be met to successfully perform the essential functions.

Salary: $55,600 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with skill, education, and experience.
