At goeasy, we’re looking for a Manager, Channel Planning who’s excited to play a key role in supporting and shaping the success of our 400+ easyfinancial and easyhome retail locations across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Planning & Reporting, you’ll sit at the heart of how our retail network operates—bringing together reporting, analytics, campaigns, and target setting to drive smarter decisions and stronger performance.

What will you be doing?

Own channel-level top-line planning and target setting for Retail and Call Centre teams across goeasy business units (Easyfinancial, easyhome, NSSC, and Lendcare), translating enterprise goals into actionable targets for front-line and leadership teams across a broad suite of metrics (, sales, growth, charge-offs, compliance, productivity).

Oversee budget and P&L performance for assigned business units, ensuring results are tracked, explained, and managed against financial plans, forecasts, and leadership expectations.

Analyze performance drivers and identify root causes of over-or under-performance, using data to pinpoint gaps, assess risks, and recommend corrective correlative actions or strategic adjustments.

Continuously evaluate and recalibrate targets and forecasts as business conditions, strategies, or priorities change, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, BI, Operations, HR, and senior leadership to improve planning processes, performance measurement, and reporting consistency.

Contribute to annual and multi-year planning processes, including budgeting, headcount modeling, incentive/bonus forecasting, and long-term roadmap development for team capability and channel strategy.

Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.

What experience do you have?

University degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline.

Understanding of retail banking.

Ability to present to large groups.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into meaningful insights.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with Python, SAS, and/or SQL is considered an asset.
