Service Product Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Service Product Manager, you will be responsible for the service offering for all product lines. You will coordinate efforts with the service and product marketing managers, senior sales management, field sales personnel, and key managers in national accounts, channel management, service, and support to increase measurable sales growth for service contracts. Additionally, you will be developing and executing an integrated marketing plan, providing service product management, and support.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Driving programs for organic growth by creating new sales opportunities, enhancing revenue generation from existing customer base, and penetrating competitive installations.
• Facilitating service product education and training for all internal customers.
• Maintaining the local and central document repository for all service-related documentation, including brochures, data briefs, bulletins, etc.
• Addressing any service product related issues in CRM related to quoting.
• Engaging with the respective Strategic Business Units, Global Service, and Marketing Managers well ahead of a product launch in order to proactively understand the service/product offering and ensure a timely local product launch.
• Ensuring training programs in place and executed for the Application and Technical Support Team, Direct and Indirect Sales and Service Channels.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data analytics, business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Product management, project management, portfolio management, and/or change management experience.
• Knowledge of Mettler Toledo's global service portfolio.
• Experience working with and managing a variety of internal stakeholders.
• Additional knowledge of Metter Toledo's sales process is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a "lead to quote" role.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
