Market Access Associate Hybrid

Enhance patient access to innovative medicines as a Market Access Associate at our Mississauga office. This hybrid role combines project coordination, data management, and collaboration to support diverse brands.

In this position, you will contribute to the planning and execution of Market Access strategies across all products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating submission activities, tracking timelines, and engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential as you manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Market Access strategy development and submission coordination

• Ensure alignment with cross-functional reimbursement priorities

• Maintain and report on key Market Access data accurately

• Monitor HTA landscape and prepare stakeholder updates

• Track project plans, milestones, and deliverables effectively

Requirements:

• University degree required, Master’s preferred

• 1+ years of experience in Reimbursement or Market Access

• Proven project and time management skills

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools
